Is it pointless to drink milk and protien powder if you're lactose intolerant

Doesn't it just not matter if you diarrhea that shit later?

That and it supposedly bloats your face, I drank some protien powder with water and now I'm feeling kinda weird ngl

Of course its pointless to drink milk if youre lactose intolerant. Protein powder is fine unless it has lactose. I suppose you would still get the calcium and the protein and all the other shit from the milk, but if youre getting diarrhea just get a different source of protein. You can get those egg white containers from the store and drink it and that would be much more efficient for getting protein than milk

I'm also lactose intolerant,I mix my protein powder with almond milk and it doesn't affect me negatively

Just drink raw milk, it still has the enzyme "lactase" needed to digest the lactose
