it depends on why the person is LTN.

If they are LTN solely cuz their face, then yes they can ascend with surgeries. other reasons why theyre LTN they cant fix with surgery. some people will forever be capped at LTN or less

yep, some failos like being indian and having a dalit accent cant be fixed with surgery.

Depends honestly some people have garbage fat storing genetics or haven't figured out how to improve "their" appearance even simple leanmaxxing and chewing could ascend someone from ldar to life but that is really rare
For example someone with feminine eyes and good bones who is frauding hunter could ascend just by embracing his feminine eye area and appealmaxxing that for example: This guy's older pics have him with shorter hair and tryharding hunter eyes
He created appeal just by raising his eyebrows and growing out his hair (he was GL before too so there's that but you get the point)

It is very rare for a LTN to ever reach HTN (like a 3-4 to a 5-6) so no in general, not possible.

And MTN aren't that much more likely to ever reach HTN either, barring excessive surgeries maybe and hyperfocus on looks theory.

I think one is more likely to richmaxx than to ascend 2 solid PSL points, even with surgery AND roids.

If you are a LTN just try nichemaxxing or ropemaxxing as you'll likely never reach HTN if you feel you must.
