First of all, hello everyone; please don't misinterpret what I'm writing; my goal is simply to understand my potential. I've written in a previous thread that I'm 13 years old, dating back to 2012. The orthodontist I saw insisted that I had stopped growing, despite not having any specific X-rays (epiphyseal plate, lateral cephalometric X-ray, etc.), so I'm starting to doubt this. Furthermore, some of my characteristics might support this.

I'm 176 cm tall, weigh 54 kg, my mother's height is 163 cm, and my father's height is 174 cm. I've been growing steadily every year until now, but I haven't experienced a sudden growth spurt. Although it doesn't run in my family and I'm not dark-skinned, I have hair on my body. Around the age of 11 or 12, I started to grow a mustache and beard. Despite never consuming packaged foods and washing my face regularly since childhood, I started getting acne at age 12. Initially, they weren't very common, but starting this winter, I've experienced a significant increase in acne, and it's also started appearing on my neck. A few months ago, when I went to the dermatologist for acne, the doctor mentioned excess sebum production due to high androgen levels. I'd read that high androgen levels cause the plaques to close prematurely. My voice is a bit high-pitched, neither deep nor high-pitched. Despite all this, my most striking characteristic is that I started producing sperm at age 12. My mother also says she had a healthy prenatal period.

I'll be getting a lateral cephalometric x-ray soon to check my bone age. Do you think my growth plates have closed? Feel free to ask any additional questions to confirm this. Thank you in advance, and I wish you a happy forum :)

You can't determine if your growth plates closed unless you do an x-ray.

From what you said it’s defo possible, u got all the puberty indicators and you are really young, grown to an adult height already. At your age I was like 5’4 and looked like a literal baby, so yeah
