is it possible/how to prevent this mildly annoying problem with dick

whenever I take any stims I cant get hard for 2-3 days, its not really ED cause If I go without them I'm good and I get to test it cause I do it each, like 4 days, but its still annoying to not get hard for 3 days lol, what if some porn scenario happens irl but since I cant get it up my dick get chopped up and ate (maybe if I was about to die from something unrelated it might be mildy hot, but stil.) is it something fixable or is that just how they work

Caffeine or 1,3,7-trimethylxanthine results in vasoconstriction of blood vessels, so it makes your blood vessels narrower, and it reduces blood flow to the penis.

This is a normal and expected result from the mechanisms, so you should avoid caffeine from all sources if you plan on having sexual intercourse soon.

Sildenfail (viagra) and tadalafil (cialis) are great vasodilators, especially when combined. You can also take nitric oxide boosters to really help the pump and blood flow.
