is it possible to achieve furosemide level debloat naturally

whenever i take furosemide, i debloat heavily and look very nice (ascend to hmtn from lmtn/hltn).

obviously, it's not sustainable to take this diuretic daily due to kidney damage, but is there a way to achieve the same level of debloat naturally?

would meat only diet + potassium maxxing + eplerenone work?

if ur ugly from bloat ur ugly debloated, even if ur bloated ur zygos will show prominence, chin will still be tall, debloating enhances u
ur features r still there,
