Theres a guide here from Sadist in BOTB. You need to apply it first for couple of weeks so that your skin adapts to it. Afterwards apply it before going out (club, meeting, date etc.)

Yeh, i saw that thread on BOTB, I'm 16-18%bf rn cuz of bulkceling, when I cut to 10-12%bf I hope I achieve results close to this..

and you morphed this to a completely straight nose even changes at the top of the nose, which will definitely not happen
