descend is the opposite of ascend and means downgrade basically.

but if you want to know how to ascend the only two methods would be eating clean and getting lean. being lean can make your face look more symmetrical in the jaw area. Eating clean will just help with cutting weight and will clear up your skin. Being cursed with a narrow skull is nothing you can really fix.

It depends on what your definition of ascending is, you can do minimal softmaxxing and ascend, but is it to the degree you desire? Probably not, even through purely softmaxxing I'd say it would take you anywhere from 6 months to 2 years to do apply most softmaxxing protocols, and that's just softmaxxing, getting surgeries and shit takes longer since you actually need the money.

But yeah, you can "ascend" by the time summer rolls around, you can actually ascend tomorrow if you wanted to, but you won't go from normie to chadlite in such a short period unless you have an already good base and you just have shitty habits
