Right know the gym hurts my body like crazy how does 1 become addicted to that shit its an insanely good cope tbqh when your working iut nothing else matters no more thinking but the strain it puts on my body after is insane.

Detox from lazy easy dopamine releasing things you do and make it an important source for dopamine

Maybe instead of going to the gym you take English classes for once.
 
depend, if you really believe gym will make you slay or improve your life, you ll genuinely get dopemine from it,
you believe you in the correct path to success
even after you reliese its a cope, you subconciousness will still release the same dopemine,
you starting to find some virtue reason to explain why you keep doing it
until you found another new similar dopamine release machanism to replace gym
this is how people getting their passion, study, even cult and religion

Pavlovian conditioning with pairing rewarding experience with working out. I get to go see hot ass chicks in the gym and get validation when they are checking me out, that motivates me. If that’s not enough, you can do caffeine/pre workout that lifts your mood. If that’s not enough, you can do high glycemic meal after workouts to reward yourself (pairing). You can also get massages to reward yourself and get relief from working out. Eventually, when you don’t go the gym, you will feel like shit from not enjoying all these shit that only come with gym.
But, biggest motivation is seeing yourself improve and looking back at how hard it used to be to do what you can now do with ease. Wow, it makes you proud

When i go i always see the males who mog me and i feel like shit there are so many moggers at the gym tbqh its a demotivator even though im not trying ti attract gym foids

Even in the gym, women prefer face over body. It doesn’t matter who has the best physique, as that is male gaze and dudes are juiced to the gills compensating for some malformation and look unnatural and low smv and women pick on the good aesthetics over overcompensating douches.

I don't know. I hate exercise.
 
It stops hurting after a while. As in you’ll still be uncomfortable and straining when you’re working out but you tend to not feel so bad the day after as time goes on.

Also listen to really energetic music, like hardstyle for example. If not that then take pre-workout with high caffeine to get yourself going.
 
It’s just something you have to do. Look at it as a job, simply something that you have to do.
