Is it possible to crush a bunch of estrogen for one cycle like testosterone so you’re body can’t produce it anymore and it tries to rely on it?

Kind of something like an aromatosin inhibitor but it lasts forever or nearly wayyy longer without you having to spend the money. I thought of this idea randomly because I remember that your body on relies on testosterone if it comes from an outside source and can’t produce it much anymore for a long time, so can’t the same thing go for estrogen or no? Tell me more if so?
