I have keratosis pillaris from birth and my skin overproduces keratin so it blocks my pores on my face and it causes for small red bumps is it curable somehow?

idk if ghk cu would help as it works to increase elastin and collagen for skin tightness also makes skin glow more i dont think what I said is bad look it up on google im probably correct
