I have been thinking of strategies to optimise nose shape without plastic surgery, as in my opinion it rarely improves the looks of men. My approach will be using targeted plasma fibroblasts and other therapies.
My first failo is nose bulbosity, and I plan to reduce this with plasma fibroblasts and volume reducing topicals. However, one thing that seems quite difficult to change is decreasing the nasolibial angle.
This may seem strange to some people as most surgeries increase the nasolabial angle, however if I reduce my columella protrusion, I think my nasolabial angle will be more prominant, and it will not match the ideal nose shape I want.
Here is my current nose shape for example:
And the ideal nose shape:
Something feasable:
As you can see, to not have a protruding columella, there must be some frontal depth which is lacking.
I am willing to try some retarded ideas like downward nosepulling (jewmaxxing ) or any suggestions.
