Is it possible to do a forehead lift without raising the eyebrows?

I have hooded eyes but i have this nasty crease in the middle of my forehead i want to get rid off, all the before and after pics of FH lifts i see online have have a degree of eyebrow lift as as well ( which i don't want) can anybody help.
