Maxillary impaction would be a Le fort 1 movement part of the bimax surgery. Bimax + genioplasty can definitely be done in one procedure. Don’t think chin wing can be done with bimax since bimax includes bsso done on mandible (would be too many splits in the bone). Zso could probably be done with bimax and genio but would make recovery hell and likely have much increased potential of complications

If you’re ok with implants you could do bimax+genioplasty in first procedure
Then second procedure would be smoothing out any irregular contours + cheekbone and jaw peek implants. If you want more specific advice u can pm with photos

Yeah implants get a bad rap because soft implants like soft silicone can rapture/move whereas this isn’t really a concern with osteotomies barring any impacts to fixation devices. Peek implants though seem like a good option though because they are hard, fixated to bone and are custom printed to offer more precise augmentation than bone

if you want jaw width though get side wing which is meant to widen mandible

you can do all of them but not at the same time due to the fact that u need to heal before chin wing after bimax unless ur getting it from andreishcev that nigga uses some special tactic
