is the only way of fixing asymmetry sleeping on the other side to balance it out?

No first in order to find the cause you need to find out if it's soft tissue asymmetry or bone asymmetry

To fix soft tissue asymmetry you could use Botox with igf 1 des


For bone asymmetry it requires surgery

For nose septoplasty which could get cover by insurance
