is it possible to fix sphenoid and jaw asymmetry without surgery

recently ive noticed my sphenoid misaligned causing my jaw to be lofted over to one side. This could prolly also be caused by crowding on the weaker side of the jaw but i js wanna know how to fix this shit cuz its fucking horrible. i also dont wanna do plastic surgery or get implants to fix it
