I know this sounds dumb af but I'm actually legit semi-srs.
Do you we actually NEED surgeries to fraud our faces? Is there some way to fraud our lower face via fake prosthetics or something? It doesn't even have to be permenant. Obviously this wouldn't be very useful for getting laid (or at least I wouldn't recommend trying to do that lol) but I imagine that in certain social situations people might treat you better. Or maybe in case you're a social media personality where you only need to appear on camera for a limited time.
