Is it possible to get a longer midface?

I have a midface ratio of 1,54 if measured with clippers and around 1,26 when measured in pictures. It looks very ogre, not harmonious at all. my lower third also dominates too much because of it. Any ways to increase midface length?

This issue isn't spoken about often, it's almost to correct an overly short midface, I think you can increase your midface length a bit with clockwise rotation and solely clockwise rotation, aside from that unrealistic surgical route, there is not much you can do.
