Is it possible to get a palate expander a second time at 17 ?

I got one when I was younger but I still feel my palate isn’t wide enough would I be able to get one at 17.5

What's your maxillary intermolar width? as long as your palate's functioning correctly with no malocclusion you should be fine, don't risk screwing your face just for looks
