No, your frontal bone is fixed

Try and grow your hairline lower with drugs such as minoxidil, valproic acid, bimatoprost

i didnt even think it was easily possible with surgery

women do not care about a big forehead as long as it’s not comical, I will die on this hill

That will help but minoxidil will be doing most of the heavy lifting if you do get any growth. Worth it still imo
Is it even possible to get hair in places where never hair was ?

Yes because people use it to speed up their beards filling in, but realistically it’s safe to assume that was always going to happen anyway, just not as fast. People’s hairlines don’t lower with age, so I’m guessing unless your hairlines receded, theres little to no potential for growth, but then again people use it to get thicker eyebrows. I’m not sure if the relationship between eyebrow density and age is similar to beard growth

No my hairline is straight just my forehead is to big like 5 fingers

ru is making the temples and hairline thick again so it gives the illusion that my forehead is smaller

So it’s only ,,illusion‘‘ possible not actually making it smaller ?

Well the vasodilation effect from minoxidil/derma rolling will thicken the already existing hair anyway which may help give the illusion of a smaller forehead. I recommend you use a derma stamp (same concept as roller) instead of a roller as they can damage the skin by piercing it at an angle

Coming from a guy that also has a big forehead and did a lot of research:
Short answer, no.
There is nothing you can take besides surgery to get a smaller forehead.
No minoxidil or any solution. If you never had hair at this place on your forehead then you will never grow hair there

How many fingers is your forehead?

I honestly don’t know, but if had to guess would lean more to illusion only being possible in cases where hairline hasn’t recessed
