Is it possible to go from HMTN to CL or Chad with surgery?

I've got a shitty situation right now, im 17 y.o stuck with rare condition where my own bone marrow stopped working due to autoimmune process, i take medications (Cyclosporine) which blocks my immune system and also heavily negative for bones due to NFAT inhibition (calcineurin). I've got flat and slightly but i think visible recessed maxilla with underdeveloped mandibular bone. The main problem is because im having life-threathing disease i cant afford any of surgical interventions, nor orthodontic devices because they wouldnt work properly and it even might make the cure process worse. So lets get back to our question, if i get well and finally get rid of this disease with cyclosporine, i'd probably would like to get Le fort 1 with BSSO and rino with septoplasty. Could i potentialy go beyond HTN? Tell me your opinion

well i guess, you know its just sad that i got in this situation and i cant fix it in young age, that feeling like my own fate betrayed me and took away my potential which i could only get back with surgery, but at least im thankful that i still can fix it.

Dont go to surgery fast softmax first Try to have surgery only if it's an emergency and try not to touch it.
Try to fix these problems with softamxxing
