Is it possible to grow more eyelashes but not lengthen already-existing ones?

This may seem like kind of a counter-intuitive question, but my eyelashes are already long, I'd like more hair follicles but not to increase the length of the already-existing ones. If I lengthened them anymore they would look feminine
