Lip lift, I'd rather fix my maxillary issues (which directly affect the lips) then address symptons. Also improve my maxila will improve my face holistically and make it more harmonious.

If I can CCW rotate my midface, lengthen and get a more robust jawline and chin+better zygos, I'll be psl 7

Simply put narrow jaws aren't ideal. They make u look beta and weak and can offset your harmony. Unless you're trying to K-pop maxx wouldn't recommend going for a narrow v jawline
