Is it possible to increase flacid length?

When flacid my penis looks pathetic its about 2 inches, however when errect its around 6.25x5 which obviously not anything to brag about atleast looks average and doesnt make me feel as insecure.

Is there anyway I can increase my flacid length without causing any issues to my overall health?

You could try hanging. You just gotta do it For months. And it Hurts. Like not unbearable but I had to play a video game to keep My mind occupied. Every single day. Its just such a fucking hassle I didn't wanna continue it.
