Not in any meaningful way, maybe forearm and grip exercises might help you add a few mm, but don't expect a huge diference

Yes I increased mine after I gained 20 pounds, Your wrists and forearms are used in almost every lift, lift heavy SL 5x5 and eat like crazy

Yes, grab a hammer and break your wrists a couple times. You'll notice significant bone growth when they heal

Yes you can but not very much. If you do specifically arm and forearm exercises your wrists will grow but only a small amount.

In this picture you can see all the muscles but notice that at the wrist they turn into tendons. This is why even when people go from skinny to jacked on roids their wrists are still about the same size.

From that picture your arm looks awful anyways. Your forearm muscles are incredibly small and that makes your forearm, including your wrist looks small. If you grow your forearm muscles then your arm and wrist will look better. But there is nothing to do about wrist size, it is essentially unchangeable

His arms and wrists are naturally not very large because of his bones, but you can see that he looks good just because of the overall size of the muscles in his arms. I have never heard anyone talk about his “small wrists” even though they are of course very thin

They increase slightly with lifting because of the muscles around them but its mainly down to genes/bone. Women don't obsess about wrists though idk where this idea comes from. It can reflect a small frame overall which is bad but theirs still examples of guys who are tall and/or have broad shoulders but small wrists.

Try at your own risk. Put your hand inside a bench vise as illustrated, and squeeze your wrist only until the bone pops, after that leave it heal until you are really certain you can do it again. Why people say that bonesmashing fails is because you're not inducing enough trauma, bones grow bigger after they're broken, not just tapped with a hammer, and that should serve exactly that.

I sprained my right ankle during basketball season and its been over 6 months and my right ankle is still significantly larger than my left, even though the swelling disappeared. Im assuming you can sprain your wrists too to make them bigger. Although i wouldnt recommend

If you somehow were to make your wrist big, and only your wrist, don't you think it would look weird with your tiny hands and skinny arm?

there are tons of different wrist exercises online if you want to target only the wrists

they are worked with other gym movements that require heavy grip, like bench press for example

cant understand if irony or not but do u imply that dick and wrist size are anywhere near of the same importance?
the only vissible anesthetic wrists ive ever seen in males were in like giga manlets of 165cm
if youre that short, wrists arent your problem
