Body fat distribution is different for ppl so some might have hollow cheeks at 15% while others will need to get 7% to be at that which at that point I recommend faci fat surgery since that is impossible to maintain and be sane

you'll never know if you don't have visible abs at least. I know some people have skeleton faces with fat on their stomach but that's just genetics

Being fatty on puberty makes u fatty for life
