Besides going to the grocery store yes you can. This is my plan. I’m going to buy a cheap shack in the woods and have my parents help pay the mortgage payments on it. And I’ll work as a stacker at Amazon or a department store

It's impossible to be fully isolated. But theres some towns in mid west of america where the population is <100 that you could live in.
