Even if it is, you will end up with muscle loss, malnourished and with every vitamin and mineral deficiency.

No, unfortunately it isn't. But for laughs sake; you would not only end up extremely malnourished, deficiencies in pretty much everything that is nutritionally important, you would also end up with an incredible amount of loose-skin.

The only thing I can think of that might mitigate this but not to a degree of losing 45kg in 5 months. (~10kg a month).
Is tren; don't take my advice for it I high advise you do your own research but tren gets rid of fat like crazy and increases muscle mass exponentially.

Do not hop straight into tren and kill yourself, after all tren is only for experienced roid-maxxers and anyone who says differently is trying to make u sign a death warrant. Also stop eating so fucking much and you wouldn't have that problem in the first place fatass.

nigger I plan 30kg so it is cool + I m eating 1500 calories at least so I will not be malnourished, it is gonna be chicken breast, eggs olive oil, cow meat mainly :ogre:

i mean i've seen people online say they limited themselves to 1000 kcals a day, but they were losing maybe a quarter of the weight youre trying to lose, so it lasted like a few weeks. They also supplemented every nutrient.

idk if they're lying or not i just want u to be a guinea pig.

1,33kg every week about 30 weeks :feelswah: around 7+month so I guess without becoming corpse, close to 9 months + I have all the vitamins already in my shelf that I will need during this cut :feelshah: Multis and specific ones so I m good. 9 months of reta gonna be brutal as fuck :feelswhy:

400 dnp, 4 weeks on 2 off, reta, cag, and you can do it in around 3 months I would think. Gonna be rough but better than being a subhuman fat cunt. Order that dnp my nigga

Unfortunately I do not have balls for DNP + I sweat like shit man, I have hyperhidrosis so I work IT job (desk job) so you gotta understand me , can not sweat and have fucking sweat smell at work :feelswah:

unfortunately yeah or maybe I gain balls to hop on 200mg dnp, but man the risk of fucking dying (even though I know there is close to none on 200mg) is crazy since. muhhh our brains that can not difference between risk.:feelswah:

Your title seems like ragebait, it is so absurdly impossible that any person with a shred of intellectual capacity would get angry.
If you want to optimize losing weight you need to:

Calorie Deficit (~750 calories under your maintenance)
Any lower and you'll feel like shit and look like shit because of all that loose skin that's gonna be sagging over your dick

Cardio & Muscle Training (Would suggest looking at gymcel posts)
Cardio to assist burning calories and for several cardiovascular health purposes
Muscle Training so you don't look like a twig with Gyno after losing all that weight.
Fraud Tip: Focus on muscles that make your frame bigger while taking away from parts like the stomach
Example: Lats, Shoulder, Neck, Forearms (Well developed forearms will give the illusion that you are more muscular)


Supplements to avoid deficiencies
Iron - Diets void of red meat can result in iron deficiency anemia (Fatigue and Weakness)
calcium & vitamin d - If you lose weight to fast you're at risk for calcium and vitamin d deficiencies
omega-3s
vitamin b12 - if you have this deficiency it can contribute to chronic fatigue

Why are these supplements so important?

In order to build consistency in the gym, diet, etc. etc. You need to avoid anything that can fatigue you or your mental well-being, it is the literal embodiment of "sounded better in my head".

YOU WILL burn out.
YOU WILL quit.
But the depending factor of how fast you get back on your feet, are generally your energy levels. Feeling fatigued, tired, lazy, will deter you from the hard work you need to put in.

Just do dnp ive been on it before not as bad as ppl make it out to be youll just be very sweaty u wont die nigga ive done 800mg

thanks bhai for high effort I will try few advices from this but your problem is I m not begginer at this stuff, I have 3 years of gymcelling behind me ( i m strongman type :ogre:) so I have some muscle + I have 25inch bidelts :feelshah: so my frame is very fucking wide, but it is what it is
