Antidepressants are on a lesser extent, also it's heavily dependant on dosage and your reaction to the med.

As long as it's mental I'd say endure it, but if it reflects as in physical manifestation get medicated.

Find joy in life, as cliche as it may sound but do it. Look out for people who are born with deformities, amputees, chronic illness many such cases and feel gratification and practice gratitude.

Also you're good looking, enjoy looksmaxxing and taking care of your physical body.

Yes, as long as it's mental it's doable. You can look up anecdotes on Reddit/Quora/YouTube before deciding whether to use the med or not.

It indeed does help some people whose their condition is acute enough for a medical intervention.

Also don't abruptly quit the meds, slowly wean off.

Again as long as you don't feel any PHYSICAL pain don't hop on meds.
