Is it possible to make orbitals more compact?

Looking at some of the ones that have ascended, one thing I notice is that they more often than not always have a more compact eye area(higher pflfh and more deeper set)

What causes this? Or is it just squinting?

Makes sense ig. It might help with the growth of supra so more hooding+brow ridge is formed giving illusion of compact orbitals
