I think of this question very often. IMO synergy (Cringe word) is only possible when you have two slightly above average quality humans. Synergy basically means that both of them together are better than they were apart.
Apart they were losers, together they both are worth something to someone. It has nothing to do with quantity but quality, the quantity is the same in each person but the qualities have both changed. Even if they separate again they can still retain high quality having understood and learned from one another.
But how do you make use of people who are legit completely useless and why are they being hired? I legit see black people who can barely speak in engineering and are slow as hell, how the hell does this happen and what possible ungodly reason is there for this? If synergy is possible, then it is best if everyone is good at their job and smart, so why bring in useless people? If synergy is true then you should bring in good people not flood the place with incels that you legit have to ignore yet speak to at the same time.
An example of low quality. I had an Indian straight off the boat ask if I was getting married so he could come. It was basically autism to the point where I would have to say "you wouldn't be invited you shitskin immigrant" to bring some sense into the situation but that's not allowed. So how do you convert these useless things into something worth something? IMO their work is useless as well so we can't even use them for money either.
