Yes, but relatively uncommon if extremely fat. You would need to be extremely lucky with your fat distribution to not have a fat face.

It’s all fat distribution. A guy could have the same amount of fat on him as DJ Khaled but if it’s all evenly distributed you might not even consider him fat.

Or, it’s pretty common for women to be fat without a lot of fat on their faces, if that can happen to a huge chunk of women it can happen to a small chunk of men too
