Is it possible to remove gyno gland completely

I have heard somewhere doctors say they remove the gland completely but they dont do so its because it can leave indent on nipples if i get gyno surgery i want to make sure to get the complete gland removed

when doctors say they do a full gland removal, they always leaves a little bit. if you remove the nipple too, then its a full gland removal

its still very unlikely to regrow if they remove most of it unless you are very estrogenic which u should get checked before the surgery

Removing some is better than removing no titty mass
