about 2 months i started dirty bulking, and i can say it has worked. In these 2 months i gained about 13 pounds. But recently i started to notice that i was getting really bloated, especially in my face. I had relatively low body fat when i started, ( around 12%) does bf increase while your dirty bulking or am i going crazy. Is there a way to stay debloated while dirty bulking? After i finish bulking and go on the cut will my face go back to normal? Thanks

Nigger “eating slightly above maintenance” didnt work for me, i wouldnt gain any weight which is why i started to dirty bulk. I wouldnt just do it for no reason im obviously trying to put on weight. As well as dirty bulking i excercise daily and playing at a pro academy for football so it cancels out anyways i still have lean muscle and if you cant even answer the question nigger then just leave tjis thread

ok nigger, i eat more calories then needed because i am extremely active, Do you know what being active is? obv not u probably rot on forums. I am active i BURN A LOT OF CALORIES SO I EAT MORE to accomadate, and that is why i have made solid progress like 14 pounds in 2 months. I am not fat i am probably leaner than you and have no acne.
