yea but i would recommend for you to start chewing falim gum and thumb pulling in order to accelerate the bone remodeling. Also id look in to supplementing with vitamin k2, d3 and magnesium.

Really only works if you're young. At the end of the day its genetics.

If you are worried about it enough to ask this question, then no, the changes will not be significant enough to satisfy you. And it will also take forever.

If you are actually recessed then surgery is the only way

- plus here, he gives evidence that his palate actually expanded and it wasn't due to any loss of body fat.

But the truth is, the results for mewing are usually very insiginificant, you're not going to get the growth you want most likely. Best bet is losing as much bf and mewing, and if you're still not happy, turn towards surgery
