or you always get the same shape you have.
Is there any korea technique?
probably an implant is the only option.

Can fillers replace an implant in this case?

I too would like to hear @RealSurgerymax @Sergio-OMS opinion on this though. it's one of those things that's definitely possible and not necessarily harder to perform, but still doesn't seem common because apparently most surgeons weren't trained in it/aren't familiar with it/whatever
