Am mainly talking about the population size compared to other countries lol. Hell being born in Iceland has to be super rare

Scotland has 5.5 million people and their population is very steady. Assuming that the world population is around 8 billion that means around 1 out of every 1600 people is scottish, but the birth rate in scotland is steady while its increasing worldwide so the real chances of being born scottish are probably closer to 1 in 2000 or 0.05%

Imagine being born in Viking Iceland with just over 300,000
yup they are lucky indeed, there are literal cities with tens of times higher population. i feel quite blessed to be nerdic considering the probability
