Most women are high inhib af when it comes to “approaching” guys, either because of being neurotic/anxious about it (like a lot of men are) or because of the social stigma. They don’t want to be looked at as sluts. Men are supposed to approach women, men pursue women, that’s just how it’s been forever.

So most of them wait for you to take the lead and perform the actual approach (stating attraction, asking for number, etc.) They will still initiate first in SOME WAY to give you the green light to approach them but it’s not direct because women usually want to maintain plausible deniability to save face.

This could mean staring at you and smiling, intentionally putting themselves in your proximity, waving at you, etcetera. As the man you’re supposed to pick up on these signals and then act like a man by going up to her. Unfortunately most people here are autistic retarded abused dogs that are too scared to do that Myself included

It happened to me several times, during my teenage years mostly. All were very random and in different scenarios. Also, the matching hypothesis works, and foids like us don't want to get rejected so in all cases they were HTB+ and often times better than what I can get if I approached lol.
