What if someone doesn’t want to wait 1.5-2 years. Is it safe? Given the nature of the fracture, it shouldn’t affect the eye area at all, no? Or will it?

Do you mind explaining why it makes a difference in this case?Jaw first always

So it should be okay then? I’m a bit confused now lolIt doesnt
which is the bigger failoSo it should be okay then? I’m a bit confused now lol
Eyeswhich is the bigger failo
Can you explain how jaw area would have an impact?Jaw area seems to be able to have an impact on eye area somehow. So I would do jaw surgery first and see what happens to your eyes. If they are still bad then get your eyes fixed
What kind of jaw surgery?Eyes

Double jaw, both jaws move forwardWhat kind of jaw surgery?
Does this include bilateral rim implants?do your eyes first unless your shoving implants in through the eyelid
infraorbital implants are bullshit and a waste of timeDoes this include infraorbital rim implants?
Sorry, I made an edit. It’s a bilateral orbital implant but regardless I get your point. My question was not as to whether implants are better than osteotomies. My question was whether those kinds of implants are shoved through the eyelid?infraorbital implants are bullshit and a waste of time
my infra implant was ok mainly because it raised my lower lids.
lower eye lid retraction+cantho is where you see the change.
Oestomies are better instead of implants
i assume ur getting with taban, then it shouldnt matterSorry, I made an edit. It’s a bilateral orbital implant but regardless I get your point. My question was not as to whether implants are better than osteotomies. My question was whether those kinds of implants are shoved through the eyelid?
Yeah it’s with Taban. Sorry for the double question, but you’re saying it shouldn’t matter as in it shouldn’t matter whether I get the eye surgery before jaw surgery? (Just to be clear, it’s bilateral orbital rim implants plus lower eyelid retraction surgery with canthoplasty + upper eyelid ptosis surgery).i assume ur getting with taban, then it shouldnt matter
Do you mind linking the studies?lefort 1 impacts the eyes
countless studies on that matters
dr taban is cope if you dont have grave disease tier bulging eyes
you can achieve the typical dr taban look by just squiting 24/7

Thank you. So from what it looks like, it looks like scleral show can actually potentially be reduced in that study. I don’t even have scleral show, and I definitely won’t have scleral show after my surgery with Taban. So it should be fine then, no? Since it can’t make my eyes worse? My eyelids won’t be droopy after the surgery with Taban and these patients all seem to have droopy eyelids because of the lack of maxillary support. Let me know what you think.
Yes, the eyelids seem to get raised just a tiny bit from lefort 1. Nothing compared to what eyelid retraction surgery would give, but I don't see any reason it would conflict with the results from that. The cuts in lefort 1 are made far from the eyelid incision area. I've had previous eye work with Taban and am considering bimax myself.Thank you.
