I DONT HAVE ACNE.

THE ONLY REASON I WANNA MICRODOSE ACCUTANCE IS TO BLAST MY SEBACEOUS GLANDS AND ALSO THIN MY NOSE A BIT

BUT THE CONS I'VE HEARD:
HAIRLOSS
BACKPAIN, JOINTPAIN
DRY SKIN, LIPS

AND SOME RANDOM SHITS WHICH MAKES IT SUS

@Orka help me

If your goals are to thin your nose then read @Sadist 's nose thinning guide using hydrocortisone (I haven't looked into it fully but heard people got results)

Also, microdosing accutane is just gonna get you the side effects and not thin your nose like at all, your only option would be to dose it normally but that's a bad idea if you don't have acne. Microdosing will blast ur sebaceous glands though...
Dry skin and lips can be expected from something that downregulates sebaceous gland activity bruh. That is not a side effect.
As to the other two, nocebo and from taking too high a dosage and without taking appropriate ancillaries to mitigate stress on joints.

If u microdose it will only give dry skin and lips in my experience

You shouldn't run into any of these issues with micro-dosing regardless.

If it would help with hairloss, since tretinoin upregulates sulfotransferase activity, the Enzyme that activates minoxidil, some pharmacies compound minoxidil with topical tretinoin for hair loss, sure joint pain might occur

But accutane (isotretinoin) is da approved for a reason brah so jus take it

If already good skin texture never struggled with skin texture or acne use accutane low dose especially if ur nose is pretty oily or you hair is very oily and its a problem

if some bad skin texture and struggled w acne before but not serious dont take it unless u dont wanna fix skin imperfections only fixable w surgery

if good skin texture but acne keeps coming back use it aswell

if no accutane you can use serums and shit for your nose oil but its not that perma unless u do for many years but it is temporarily gone if u keep using them

kinda niche but on the rare instance and shit i get a pimple on my nose i use a bandaid (it mogs a reg pimple patch and is lowk appeal) and the oil under the bandaid sticks to it so when I take it off my nose looks thinner there

hydrocortisone is practically perma you just go on a cycle of it a week every few months or so and apply it before u need to go out sometimes

just use serums / retinoids like tret on it everyday and itll stay for a day or two and overtime itll get naturally better even without it but very small improvements

in theory 20mg (which is also considered a starting/low dose) would be enough to close 90% pores in less than 2 months, and if ur skin is really oily even more, which would result in a few mm of nose thinning

how long does hydrocortisone’s effect last? does ur nose shrink instantly after appliance and then the next day return to baseline or is it a gradual thing? how wld u go abt cycling it

Idealy you should get bloodwork and get it through a skin doctor to make sure it dosnt' fuck you hop.
or just raw dog it fr

Read threads about it on here, it used to be niche now it’s known on tiktok aswell so there’s even videos on it
There’s different ways but heres examples ive seen

5/4 days taking it, 2/3 days off, forever

Use it for 1 month then just apply it whenever u need to go out, then in a 2-3 months use it for 1-3 weeks then go back to only using it when you need to go out and look good

btw before all this take ashwagandha bc this will increase ur cortisol

there is much better guides that have more concise advice made by people who are obsessed with this cream

ive seen it save many nosecels

how long does it take to see promising results after consistent use? are there any other stronger alternatives that have similar low risk side effects?
