Is it somehow possible for me to make peace with my lost teenage years?

No sex, no kiss, no girlfriend, and barely had friends during my teenage years, which lasted from 2015 to 2022. I'm 22 and in a somewhat better situation, but my lost teenage years still haunt me.

Is there a way to make peace with it?
