The picture kinda looks like shit like it was taken with an old phone. The hairline is fine but imo you should go for a longer hairstyle since you have a bumpy head and short hairstyles reveal it. Also try thickening ur eyebrows and eyelashes with minox to make ur eye area slightly more striking.

The only part of your face that seems slightly out of balance is your mid face which seems to be on the longer side. The tall skull look in general is not a bad look but its not ideal either because with short hair you draw even more attention to it. As a rule the more balanced your ratios are and the more dimo u look the better u can pull off short hairstyles.
