on bone filler dont migrate and it costs 8k-13k egp for jaw musclization filler here i only need to work for a month and a half to get them+i might get them done in turkey along my rhino and otoplasty but thats when i turj around 20 and job maxx for atleast a year and a half

i used to work in this shawarma shop and i used to get paid 5k per month ima finish skl and go work again but when im older ima work as a tutor for igsce students as i already used to tutor my younger friends for free but i need to work as a assistant for a teacher to get clients in so thats what im planning on doing by the end of this year to afford rhino also rhino in egypt isnt that expensive but u need to find the right doctor
