Is it too late for my hair?

Two things
1. I know I've been talking about my hair a lot, its just stressing me the fuck out

2. I will shave it off I just grew it longer to see what the situation is

1 week ago I started PRP, Laser comb, Mesotherapy, 1mg fin, 5% min, ketoconazole shampoo

Is it possible for me to salvage my hair back with this method with help of HT?
Balding from 18-22 then it went exponentially quicker from 21-22 maybe the follicles haven't died yet?

If it’s this aggressive in early 20’s it’s like trying to stop a bushfire with a water bottle aint gonna cut it

So sorry to hear that, fast hair loss is terrible. I remember shedding like 300-400 hairs daily while on accutane and thinking this was the end of the world.

Add dermaroller for regrowth (once a week 1.5mm, no minox 24 hours after)

If you never used any meds before there is a chance that you will see good regrowth.

After 1 year get a transplant for the areas where it didnt fill in.

Used minoxidil on my eyebrows for a month, the eyebrow hairs that minoxidil grew actually are still there oddly enough
Will this affect my results?

if ur balding that quick in that age, then its over. no amount of meds will save u. either get a transplant or hair system

no, since you never used minox on your scalp before.

I just read that you are so young. you probably need dutasteride since fin will not be strong enough with your level of aggressive hairloss

the problem is that finasterid ONLY MAINTAINS, less then 15% experience regrowth and often not in the numbers you would need right now

at this point the risk of finasterid compared to the benefits are not in a good relationship anymore

Didn't know or care too much about my hair loss. Until 20.5 I still had a lot of hair. At 21 I got blackpilled then I got into a deep depression about stupid shit like my maxilla again I didnt care about my hair

Then at 22 I realised I need to do something
So i had a really fucking short window of oppurtunity 20.5-22

For as long as it's bearable, try to maxx out your current protocol/regimen (if realistic) and hop on a hair transplant afterwards. (Or a hair system if that's what you prefer).

Tbh I get what u mean but in all honesty no one gives a shit about my piano skills now when I had norwood 1 people crowded around me like crazy if I starfed playing now I get 1 or 2 smiling people who feel awkward if they approach so they dont
