My brother stopped growing at around 20 years old and reached 6'3, all males in my family were 6ft+.

i was debating between cjc-1295 or HGH, but im not sure - i'm more debating on which would be more beneficial to reach the peak height possible.

regarding 'is it too late to grow', nobody here can tell you

you need a bone age x-ray, although it may be likely your epiphyseal plates are closed at 17, but who knows

and whether hGH or cjc is better, hGH is going to be the more effective option, although you may be disappointed with the results - especially since you are 17

you can't tell him that, you don't know

not everyone has the same experience, obviously

its nuanced, loads of people stop growing before 17

hope so, aslong as i make it past 6'2 i wont be unhappy.
Come on man, forget about the height cope . 5'11 is already a decent height (above average) it's the face and the frame that matter the most.

You stop growing in height at age 20 so you have 3 more years at most.

is this nigga serious:feelskek:
I just checked it & it said on average between 16-18. I didn't stop until age 20 though but my case is antidotal.
Boys typically stop growing in height around age 16 to 18, though this can vary based on individual factors like genetics, nutrition, and the timing of puberty. Most growth occurs during a puberty-related growth spurt between ages 12 and 15, after which height gain slows significantly. By age 16, the majority of boys have reached about 95% of their adult height, with any remaining growth (usually 1-2 inches) tapering off by 18. In rare cases, "late bloomers" may continue growing into their early 20s, but growth beyond age 25 is not supported by evidence.

Key Factors Influencing When Growth Stops

  • Puberty Timeline: Growth plates (epiphyseal plates) in the bones fuse at the end of puberty, halting height increases. Puberty usually starts between ages 9-14 for boys and lasts 2-5 years.
  • Genetics: Parental height is a strong predictor—boys often end up within a few inches of the average of their parents' heights (father's height + 5 inches + mother's height, divided by 2).
  • Nutrition and Health: A balanced diet rich in calcium, vitamin D, and protein supports optimal growth; chronic illnesses or poor nutrition can delay or limit it.
  • Average Adult Height: In the U.S., it's about 5 feet 9 inches (175 cm), but this varies globally.

Average Height Milestones for Boys

Age RangeAverage Height (inches/cm)Notes
10 years54.5 in / 138 cmEarly puberty signs may begin.
12-15 years58-65 in / 147-165 cmPeak growth spurt (up to 3-4 in/year).
16 years67-69 in / 170-175 cmMost growth slows; ~95% of adult height reached.
18 years69 in / 175 cmFull adult height for most.

If you're concerned about growth (e.g., no spurt by age 14 or sudden changes), consult a pediatrician—they can use X-rays of the hand/wrist to assess remaining potential.

Ideal time to start HGH was 11/12. Only thing you can do now is get the X-ray if plates still open hop on HGH and pray for the best.

Otherwise LL surgery
