I hit puberty very early, so I had absolutely no chance to take advantage of anything with my lack of knowledge. Is it possible for me to do anything that would cause a change in facial bones? Such as getting the right nutrition/vitamins. My main concern is to die with my orbital bones. I have a fairly projected brow ridge, but it looks like my orbital bones just aren’t projected enough. Just wanna know if it’s too late for any sort of optimization.
