u referring to too much chewing causing tight masseters and the the muscles pull on the ceekbones making em lower and pull on ramus making it shorter i heard it too idk if its true

Have you ever seen any proof that chewing would change bones to a noticeable degree? This is not even a problem you have to think about, if you are not under the age of puberty

It’s actually the opposite. Tough chewing during pubarty increase bone mass in the zygomatic area and give it a lateral projection meaning your cheekbones are gonna pop out and make it more higher set. There are plenty medical studies about it and here is a video where Dr.Ramirez explains it. He talks here about it (at min. 53-55):
