Is it true that good/bad genes come in a package?

for example ugly people tend to also be shorter, lower IQ, weaker, framelet, mentally ill

and attractive people also tend to be higher IQ on average, taller, stronger, less mentally ill

do you think these are due to "socioeconomic factors" or is it simply due to "genetic predeterminism"? both are valid theories however my theory is its a combination of both is there any explanation for this?

Jeremy Meeks iq is probably 70-80
Young Einstein was a jewhis LTN
The smartest guy in my college is a 5'8 framcel with glasses and a femenine ugly face
The guy with the higher iq i ever knew is decent looking and white but is extremely short (must be like 5'6 or less, im not joking)
Asians have the higher average iq and they are at the bottom of the smv hirearchy

Take a look at the guys with the higher iq in modern days:

I think height and frame are basically independent. There are pro basketball players who struggle to put a basic sentence together, and big strong guys who are dumb as rocks.

Of the guys you posted, I think Tao is the only one who is actually genetically facially ugly. The rest are just unkempt.
