This isn't a post about softmaxxing techniques, but it’s worth noting that there are many sutures in the face that don't fully fuse until your late 20s. So, in theory, some change could still be possible. However, most people don’t seem to experience significant changes after their teenage years.
If we consider the idea that a portion of your appearance is influenced by habits—which I'm not necessarily claiming is true, but just posing as a hypothetical—then is it that people generally don't change their looks because it's impossible, or is it more likely that by the time you're 20, your fundamental habits (posture, sleep, chewing, swallowing, breathing, nutrition, exercise, etc.) are so ingrained that most people simply don't alter them enough—I'd argue that most people don't change them at all—to create at least small changes in their facial structure?
