Is it weird I can only tell if I’m hungry based on my face

I don’t get the hunger pangs or the desire to eat food like normies do, so I can only tell if I’m hungry based on my cortisol. I determine that based on what I think about my looks. Usually when I’m thinking about being a subhuman is when I realize I need food, but otherwise no indication

try higher doses of niacinamide(50-100 mg), ray said something like ability to sense hunger without a drop in blood glucose and hence fatigue and the rest of it is a sign of good metabolism, he said niacinamide helps for this i think
