Is it weird to see blue in nothing but dark rooms sometimes?

I keep seeing blue with a mix of radio static (ykwim) then my eyesight becomes poor for a quick second and my mind gets wavy, kinda like stepping into a new room and getting that fuzzy feeling.

It happened randomly, not any sort of manual activation. I was just walking, i look at the dark room and i saw black, but then a blue flashed with the radio static i described
